Highly Affordable - Fully Integrated Electronic Timekeeping
Included with your system are a supply of electronic Time Cards.  These cards are distributed to your employees and are used to record the times your employees swipe in and out at the start of the day, at breaks, department changes, job changes, lunch and of course at the end of their shift.  If an employee fails to swipe in or out, the system can be set up to notify you by fax, email or on line with our Check Connect Online Pro, internet payroll application.  Changes, additions or corrections can be made immediately.

The system stores the transactions (battery backup provides storage in the event of a power failure) and the data is automatically downloaded to our servers (at a pre-determined time) daily.  When integrated with Check Connect Online Pro, you can log in daily to view a report of all the days previous activity.  And, at the end of the pay period, your Timekeeping Reports are ready without any manual work necessary.  Once we receive your approval, your payroll is processed  and your check or direct deposits are on their way to you and your employees.  It couldn't be simpler!
